He devotes itself to scientific research of environmental protection of transport industry for a long term. He has taken charge of and undertaken nearly 100 various important research projects. He had abundant experience and great achievement in the areas of environmental scientific research, evaluation, design and supervision of highway and water transport engineering.
He has sound theory basis and abundant practice experience. He is the important scientific and technological mainstay and academic leader. Over the years, He has published dozens of research papers in academic journals at home and published abroad and three monographs.
He has been awarded many prizes for its research achievement. He was awarded the honorary titles of National Advanced Individual of Environmental Evaluation, Advanced Worker of National Transport System, Advanced Individual of National Transport Environment Protection, Tianjin Meritorious Service Medal of “the Ninth Five-year Plan”, etc..
Researcher, he is the committee member of Inland Waterway Branch of National Water Transport Engineering Association. He is the bid evaluation expert of water transport engineering construction and electromechanical device of Ministry of Transport and was awarded the quality prize. Besides, he is also the review expert of Western Scientific-technical Project.
Hao Pinzheng researcher is the post-graduate supervisor of Changsha University of Science &Technology. He mainly devotes itself to the study of flow-sediment technological issues of inland river shipping hub and channel, inshore port shipping project as well as consultation and supervision for water transport engineering for 30 years. He has successively taken charge of dozens of large and middle size scientific research and consultation supervision projects, including one item of national major scientific-technical tackling project of “the seventh five-year plan”, three items of national major projects, four items of provincial and ministerial-level projects, four items of national western transport scientific-technical development projects, one item of industrial tackling of Ministry of Transport. Most of the research achievements are used in the engineering practice and produces significant economic and social efficiency. He took charge of the research projects of plane layout optimization and navigation condition of Xingjiang Dayuandu and Zhuzhou Navigation and Hydropower Junction projects, and thus gained valuable achievements which were completely adopted by the design. He is the sample project of Ministry of Transport and has compiled more than 60 important scientific research reports and published more than 20 papers in international academic conference and academic journals of “Journal of Sediment Research”, etc.. He has been awarded the personal prize with the following projects: “Key technology research on channel improvement of Dongting Lake area stream segment from Baisha to Nianyukou” was awarded the second prize of Hunan Provincial 2007 Annual Scientific-technical Progress; “Key technology research of navigation engineering of Xiang River and Zhuzhou Navigation and Hydropower Junction” was awarded the second prize of 2005 Annual Scientific-technical Progress of Institute of Navigation; “Model experiment research on 1000 dwt channel improvement and fluvial process of Xiang River stream segment from Mt Heng to Xiangzhou” was awarded the third prize of 1995 Annual Scientific-technical Progress of Ministry of Transport; “Channel improvement research of Huaihe River from Huaibin to Runheji” was awarded the third prize of Henan provincial 2000 Annual Scientific-technical Progress”; “Shipping Technology Development Research of the upstream of the Yellow River from Guide to Lijiaxia” was awarded the third prize of Tianjin 2005 Annual Scientific-Technical Progress. He was awarded the honorary title of model worker in Tianjin.

He is the senior engineer with outstanding academic results. He is the visiting professor and doctoral supervisor of PLA Dalian Naval Academy, member of Tianjin Society for Surveying, Mapping and Geoinformation, member of Ocean Surveying and Mapping Professional Committee, member of Tianjin Port Engineering Expert Committee, editorial board member of “Journal of Waterway and Harbour”, Tianjin bid evaluation expert of engineering bidding, Tianjin Bidding-evaluation expert of government procurement, Sea area use demonstration expert of State Oceanic Administration and 908 project expert.
He mainly devotes itself to land and survey, ocean environmental measurement and research. Its skill and academic level of land area and sea area survey and ocean environment investigation are on the high side. He successively participated and took charge of more than forty large surveying projects and has been one of the pathfinders of nautical bathymetry. He took charge of the compiling of “Technical Specifications of Nautical Depth Applied to Muddy Harbour”. He successively published thirty two papers and articles on surveying and mapping.
In 1995, the topographical survey of 0.55 million dwt salt field in Wudi Shandong was awarded the third prize of Ministerial Excellent Survey and Design;
In 1996, the general bathymetry of Tianjin Port was awarded the third prize of Ministerial Excellent Survey and Design;
In 1998, Weizhou W12-1 oil gas development GPS navigation and positioning survey was awarded the second prize of Excellent Survey and Design of Ministry of Transport;
In 2000, Control and topographic survey of Free Trade Zone of Tianjin Port was awarded the third prize of Excellent Survey and Design of Ministry of Transport;
In 2005, the nautical bathymetry of Tianjin Port was awarded the third prize of Ministerial Excellent Survey and Design;
In 2006, the seabed pipeline detection engineering of Hong Kong Pearl River mouth area was awarded the second prize of Ministerial Excellent Engineering Survey and Design;
In 2008, “Nanhai No.1” salvage navigation and positioning project was awarded the third prize of National surveying and mapping Scientific-technical Progress;
In 1999, he was awarded the meritorious service advanced individual of Tianjin 95, and was awarded the meritorious service medal of ninth five-year plan.

At present, Yang Kun mainly devotes himself to ocean engineering survey and has abundant practice experience and theory basis on ocean engineering survey. He has published nearly 20 scientific research paper and participated in compiling and publishing of three monographs of marine surveying and charting, submarine navigation and positioning technology, as well as has been in charge of the editing of ocean investigation technology application, etc.. He has taken charge of the following representative projects: subject (2009AA12Z311) of national high technological research and development plan (863 plan); the technical research of underwater combination navigation and positioning of geographic and geomorphic and geomagnetism; took charge of research of seabed pipeline network information system of central scientific research institute. He has finished the real time reckoning system with independent intelligent property right, research and manufacturing of three-dimension seabed pipeline management system, marine and submarine comprehensive navigation and positioning system; all of which have the registration of computer software copyright of National Copyright Administration(certificate No.: 0206972、0196062、0203129); took charge of high precise positioning and monitoring of Nanhai No.1 archaeology salvage project of national large archaeology salvage project; created the precedent of high precise positioning of archaeology salvage and filled in the domestic gaps of this area; that project was awarded the third prize of Surveying and Mapping Scientific-technical Progress issued by National Administration of Surveying, Mapping and Geoinformation and Chinese Society of Surveying and Mapping.
He successively took charge of the seabed pipeline detection technology research of large oil field blocks of national large oil field SZ36-1, QHD32-6, BZ25-1, JZ20-2, Lvda, Nanbao, Boxi, Bozhong, Pinghu, Weizhou12-1, Yacheng, Dongfang, Huizhou, etc.. He analyzed and researched nearly 10 thousand kilometers of research data and evaluated the operating condition of seabed pipeline. He played an important role in the maintenance of seabed pipeline, and generates significant economic efficiency for the safety production and platform pipeline.
He invented the detection device of seabed pipeline and was awarded the utility model patent certificate issued by National Patent Office. There are nearly 15 projects were successively awarded the second prized of water transport engineering excellent survey, first, second and third prize of Excellent Surveying and Mapping Engineering, the third prize of Surveying and Mapping Scientific-technical Progress of Ministry of Transport, Tianjin city, Society of Surveying and Mapping, etc..
